Saturday 3rd December: The RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) in Whyalla South Australia recieve a call to say that there are three puppies tied to pole on a road 25Km from Whyalla on the way to Iron Knob, The RSPCA Officer, Paul Hill finds three Border Collie X Heeler puppers tied to a pole with no water, food or shelter on a lonely stretch of road.
The puppies are taken to the Whyalla Veterinary Clinic where local Veterinarian, Dr. Andrew Melville-Smith said they are in good health apart from some rope marks on their neck.
The RSPCA is now looking for the person who left the puppies tied up on a lonely road to die of dehydration and exposure in the arid Australian outback.
Dr. Melville-Smith labeled the act are "high irresponsible" and the RSPCA are seeking the public assistance to find the person responsible.
