  • yea the gym helps alot it gives you more bounce. the goal is nine foot 10 and a half and on a gym floor i do the same because of the floor so the floor helps alot.

  • @livingstonballa32 u dont need a gym though,im gettin sick of the vids sayin u need a gym,u dont,u just basically need a court,and weights,and if not weights they have alternatives
