@wagonnotsaggin "Society is constantly downing them"? Not where I hang out, (online or offline). 20 years ago, maybe, but the pendulum has swung in the other direction. You know, I didn't always feel this way, until special laws to give gays extra rights started showing up, (ie, if a straight gets mugged it's a minor incident, but if a gay gets mugged it's a "hate crime". If a straight is laid off, it's bad luck, if a gay gets laid off it's "discrimination".) That's not right either.

@wlcgblog Straight people have parades because society is constantly downing them. As far as them not "ramming their lifestyles down society's throat" as you say, what do you call all of the straight PDA? Maybe if 2 guys could kiss in a mall without having bitchy comments they wouldnt feel the need to call people homophobic . I know not all straight people feel this way but it is an issue for a reason. Until straight people respect gay people gay people wont respect them back.

Hmm, maybe because straights aren't always having "straight pride parades", and petitioning governments for special laws to give straights special rights over non-straights. Straights rarely come across as "ramming their lifestyle" down society's throat (no pun intended) nor do they start screaming "straightophobic!" at the slightest hint that they aren't 100% supported. In short, they aren't annoying with it. . . . . Sorry, but you did ask.
