The Childe Harolds is the project trying to establish some elements
of the genuine Byronic celebrity within the new-made cultural iconography of the city of Nis, Serbia.
The Childe Harolds are: Ivica Zivkovic, Dusan Vukic and Mladen Jovanovic.

I Saw Thee Weep was originally written for the project of Isaac Nathan,
named The Hebrew Melodies, AD 1814. Having associated with the musicians, Lord Byron made this poetry immediately after his daughter Medora Leigh was born, out of the incestuous affair with his half-sister Augusta.

Recorded and produced in music studio " Kill Yr. idols "

I Saw Thee Weep - Lord Byron

I saw thee weep---the big bright tear
Came o'er that eye of blue;
And then methought it did appear
A violet dropping dew:
I saw thee smile---the sapphire's blaze
Beside thee ceased to shine;
It could not match the living rays
That filled that glance of thine.
As clouds from yonder sun receive
A deep and mellow dye,
Which scarce the shade of coming eve
Can banish from the sky,
Those smiles unto the moodiest mind
Their own pure joy impart;
Their sunshine leaves a glow behind
That lightens o'er the heart.

  • The use of imagery is well applied here.

    The mystery and dreamlike environ allows the viewer to be caught in

    the allure of imagination using natural and compliant surroundings. Something very possible and even welcomed as perhaps not as much of an escape but more an invitation to explore and be enraptured by the essence of beauty within itself. Intriguing and Delightful for sure. Thank You for sharing this gem.

    Peace and blessings.
