@zooloo129 Actually... A few years back it was found that the place has about an estimate worth of at the very LEAST in the ballpark of 1 BILLION dollars in untapped precious resources and later estimates said that was just the INITIAL find.

The country could have resources that powers like the US, EU, Russia, the Commonwealth, Japan, and China would gladly fight with each other over the country.

Best estimate has it that the minimal worth of resources is about 5 Billion dollars.

@zooloo129 No worries and don't worry about it, just be careful next time, people do bash US troops even as far back as WW1 and even further simply so they can protest the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Not that I worry too much, the war in Iraq is nearly over, the terrorists proved that with their latest strings of attacks which are a far cry from what they had done before and Afghanistan should be done in the next 3 years or so and right on time too, barring a complication.
