S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Complete 2009 - Gameplay - i7 920

Just some gameplay with the "complete 2009 mod", a compilation of the best mods out there, makes the game look fantastic and changes lots of things.

I don't know why but fraps doesn't record this game sound so i added music from the stalker ost. All game settings maxed out, resolution 1680*1050, recorded with fraps @30fps.

System specs:
i7 920 @2.6ghz, asus p6t deluxe, gtx280, 6gb ddr3, x-fi fatality platinum, 2x velociraptor 150gb, windows 7 professional 64bit.

mezcaline, are you getting a weird scrolling bug with the change factions thing? does your scroller, like when you put it down a bit, does it like snap back to the top? just trying to figure out if im the only one who has this problem, thank you :)

@IOD97 Hi there, i couldn't tell, i used a very early version of the mod, i don't know about possible issues with new versions. Maybe you can try to expose your problem in some stalker forum.

Eh. Latest version runs at 60fps with maxed out graphics on my i5 2500k.

2009 complete sucks, they striped away sfx in the game, and replaced the original soundtrack. Weak atmospheric music in the background compared to the original.

@D1reLegend Not that bad. I have an AMD II X4 630+ and I can almost run it completely maxed out.

I just have to replace this ATI HD 5450 1Gb with a ATI HD 5770 1Gb

GDDR5>GDDR3 any day. hahaha

The bricks in the wall are spectacular, to think a game so old can still be this immersive and beautiful going into 2011.....

This mod is so good looking. I had to turn the graphics settings down quite a bit to get a decent framerate on my laptop.

@fraction360 Yes it does, it's recorded at 30fps because of fraps, but without recording it runs perfectly smooth.

i bet it runs smooth on the 920? your setup is going to be very similar to mine expect the 6 gig ram
