  • Huh,need some work, like textures, make some more dirt textures on the boat so it'll look more like a boat, you could make dinosours as enemys, maybe add a menu, make all the textures nice, add some blood ;) and name it an awesome name like "Dinosour blood",if its good enough it could be published :D,i wish i could make a game but i don't have blender, and make some shooting enemys, like robots out of space, make some pigs witch if you go near it it will say "Press E for food" maybe add a wolf to help u!

  • @youtubjimmy like the music; crysis then jurassic park? lol ur game is harder on the computer than crysis :P amazing work;D

  • Crash Man you'd Expectantly horrible BlenderNoob!!!

  • how do you get stuff off the Internet for blender?

  • @MrSaggat I've not heard of requiring a license to sell games or programs using DirectX. Can you source the KB article or FAQ from MS that shows that?

I'm not sure about OpenGL (I imagine it's the same), but doing 2-D in DirectX is fundamentally the same as doing 3-D. It's still all done using Direct3D.

The good part about Python (even though it's slower than other options) is that it is more rapid to develop. It'll increase the minimum system requirements a little.

  • @nexus1g damn i just realized that you are not the guy that i was discussing with.. sorry lol

  • @nexus1g If you are just asking me for a freeware, go OGRE3D or start learning opengl and make your own.

  • @nexus1g You think you know better than me.. "Blender's game engine is for what, making toast? Moron"

If you like it so much, USE IT AND STFU, but im just saying, it SUCKS, if you wanna learn how to program a real game, quit blender and start with 2d, and then 3d.

Lol, i dont want that, DX is fucking (just like microsoft) the market, OpenGL is open, free, and it has way better features.

DirectX is not free, you need to pay for the license when you finish your game, and its expensive .
