In Brazil, as a lebanese brazilian, we prepare Sfihas opening with cornmeal, and not olive oil. Thanks for your tip. Your channel is amazing!. I saved on my favorites :)

every week I prepare sfihas here, but my sfihas are BIG and folded into a triangular pastry. Well, sometimes not a triangular pastry :D.
