Okay heres the story...
It starts off with Zira ambushing Simba to Kovu's surprise, and Zira comfronting Kovu about him trying to decieve her and ruin everything she's done. She tells him if he's not with her she's against her and if he's against her he's going to fail. She despises the fact that he's such a coward, that he has to have his girl do all the dirty work and reminds him that everyone's watching him so there's no escaping the plan and his fate. In the end its her stubborness to do things her way that ultimately leads to her demise and she watches everything around her crumble and fall.... When scar comes in its his pride that gets him killed, his need to be leader and a complete dictator is what gets him killed by his minions.
