Jet2 757 Takeoff, great RR Engine sounds!

The brrr is created due to the turbofan blades in the engine travelling at supersonic speeds. Think lots of constant mini sonic booms whilst the engines are at full power, only its harmless.
The Rolls Royce RB 211's are great engines. This is why I love to fly 757's over Airbus

I love the RB211. I remember last year we were flyin' with jet2 to Murcia and those engines sounded fantastic. Great vid!

The Trent family are a continuation of the RB211. All RR engines sound the same. These engines are great workhorses and very reliable. (apart from the oil fuel heat exchanger on the 777) there's been very few problems. On the A350 to come, RR have secured over 1000 engine orders to date. Things are looking up for RR - I think that's great.
That was a pretty fast/smooth takeoff. Is that because it was lighter?

Yeah, not many on board the flight, if i remember there was only around 40!
