    No the owners didn't abandon him. They reside in Invercargill so normally Oscar has a lot of free space to run around. But the owners went on a holiday and left him with some relatives in town so I guess Oscar got bored, escaped from the back yard and painted the town red. For those of you haters, why are you even wasting your time here really
