The contrast of the meditative music and the catastrophic events shown (both natural and man-made) is striking. And throughout all of this the trees are there like silent, consistent, almost observing presences - do they represent continuity?

I guess one question this video raises is: to what extent is man, and his abuse of the environment, intensifying the so-called "natural disasters?"
