Ich fange eine Wolfsspinne - To catch a wolf spider

Im Kellerabgang eines alten Hauses habe ich diese monstermäßige (für deutsche Verhältnisse) Wolfsspinne gefangen. Das Teil, mit dem ich das gemacht habe, heißt Snapy: http://www.snapy.de und ist fürs Lebend-fangen eine unerlässlich geniale Sache!

In the Basement stairwell of an old house in Bavaria I caught this rather big (for what I've seen tso far) wolf spider. I used a Snapy (snapy.de) tool to catch it alive. This is not an ad, the tool actually is fabulous!

@julianreischl Ha! I tried to watch it but ended up covering my eyes! I had an "incident" on my car while driving with my kids today - a HUGE Huntsman spider on the window (outside) where my youngest daughter sits. I actually called my neighbor to ask him to meet me outside with bug spray!!

@jojelela Urgh, a huntsman spider would keep me in the car as well. But I wouldn't kill it, why? Just drive out into the countryside and let it drop to the ground, then drive away...

Für mich schaut das auch nicht aus wie eine Wolfsspinne, sondern eher wie eine normale Hausspinne :D Die sind aber genauso unschön

das ist keine wolfspinne :o Das ist höchstwahrscheinlich eine T. Atrica, eine gewöhnliche Hausspinne die deine Haut am Finger nichtmal durchdringen kann.

Meine kleine Vogelspinne könnte das, aber auch die hat mehr Angst vor mir als du vor ihr evt.

ne harmlose Hauswinkelspinne. Aber ich find die Dinger auch voll eklig. Besonders gegen Ende Herbst wenn sie sich in die eigenen 4 Wände einnisten wollen.

@julianreischl LOL, I wish I were that brave. I used to be scared of all spiders - now I can handle the little ones. But seriously - the big ones raise my blood pressure, I start hyperventilating - my little girls were in the car, and as irrational as it is, I was sure if I didn't get it off the car quickly it would find a way to come in.
