  • how did u know that the boat would not sink with the new improvements ?

  • @JACKOJACKO121 well we know it wasnt going to sink because its floor is foam filled like a boston whaler is. there is more weight in the bottom than the top so it wont tip over. it could of rolled over by doing it, but it wouldnt sink.

  • Jared! Well done!

  • @Lakirovka Thank you!!!

  • LOL'd at the pics of snow in the driveway, reminded me of home. Then noticed the pic with the magazines in it, and realized it was home, in the Upper Peninsula! Beautiful boat, and wish I could see it. I plan on building my own houseboat in the future, and could get some invaluable information from yours. Excellent work!

  • @jmak4986 haha yeah. where at in the upper peninsula? Thank you!!!

  • @deepbeeps Thanks. thats cool. my dad just finished building a mini tug. i have a video of it, but i havent had time to add captions and put it on here yet. you could have it done in couple years if you have time to work on it.

  • @bimdawg Thanks. most of the stuff was from ebay and what we already had here from building other things. some of the stuff came from west marine and stuff like that. the windows and a couple other things can from a place in indiana. i dont remember the name of it, but its like a salvage yard.

  • @maxwell157 it was surveyed at 250,000 and we had offers for 200k and because its new also.

  • @bimdawg thanks. they were glued and screwed and epoxyed/fiberglassed in. the walls dont go down to the floor.
