  • Hi Viv, I used to watch you on KTTC-10 when I lived in Winona. Even met you in person once at the KTTC studio.

    I had a vitamin D deficiency and my doctor placed me on 50,000 IU of D twice a week for two months. Now I am back where I should be, but have to continue with 2,000 IU of D per day. I have lived with type 1 diabetes for 47 years and know that D deficiency can be a part of living with diabetes.
