I remember the rumours about an England coach asking Dicks to grow his hair,meaning he looked out of place at England and would be selected if he presented himself better...
Along with Dicanio and Bishop,Dicks is one of my WH legends,but if you look
at Englands choice at the time,Stuart Pearce and Graeme Lesaux,Im not sure he would
have offered more than these two players on their day,well unless England wanted him to take penalties

very average player, had one good season in the 90's near end of his career, wasnt good enough for england, how arrogant is he, was slow, fat and got sent off regular exactly what england didnt want, why does he think he;s so hard for haha makes me laugh
