I had the white with blue stripes. They were banned from gym class in my school cuz they left blue marks on the hardwood basketball floor. I found a pair recently but they are vinyl not leather and suede like the originals :-(

@stilleavy lmao......they were the shit!!!! actually they were shit....my friends always had them and they'd fall apart while they were walking.....my Mom wouldn't let me have them, she said "i'm buying you expensive shoes cuz they last alot longer, those shoes last 2 weeks and make us look like we're poor!" ....... thankfully she was right, i wore Adidas while my buddies had North Stars!

@misskatie1 There is not only one Northstar. It is current huge Media Clearance and Licensing fraudsters. It is always cheaper by the dozen. Parent company of AEG is the culprit behind the money of the fraudulent estate of me deceased. Note that Hollywood is also in Florida as well as California.

I totally remember the North Star Sports store growing up in Edmonton. The building is 2 blocks from where I live and now houses some great businesses.

Classic shoes, I had the basic white with blue stripes, they should bring these back! Check out this sweet navy suede pair.
The font is very similar to Star Wars :)
