Riki's Study Break Vlog #1

My 5-10 minute "make tea and talk" break while studying...all part of the self-inflicted program. ( I sound like such a martyr!)I open a dialogue with my camera about life and some very vague issues I'm facing which I hesitate to specify about.
Rose will be handling FIRST!!!!! until Christmas break. (Hannukkah video may be in the works. Be warned though...I sing terribly.)

Hopefully I can sort through all this, and especially from those of you who have already had a lot fo life experience, gone through college already, etc, I'd like to hear your take.

Whoa, around 5:23 it started pixelating, for a moment I thought I would see Maggie and Beaumont running around.

Kid, I've always seen you as a really mature person for your age, and this video is proof of it. I know it's scary but don't let that fear ever stop you. I know you can do anything you set your mind on... except donating blood, of course *gives Riki a bucket of chicken*

Pretty sure I can TOTALLY relate to how you're feeling. You also in grade 12?

It actually kind of makes me feel better just knowing I'm not alone in this stuff I'm going through, so yeah, you're not alone either! ^^

Don't work too hard, Riki! I am sure you'll do fine. I felt the same way in my physics class (hated the class, loved the teacher) and I never wanted to bother him during non-class hours either, but I know others did and it was fine. If you really need help, I am sure she's willing. I hope you do take more vlogging breaks, but I'll miss you on the boards!

Your parents are raising an incredible kid.

I wouldn't worry to much about where you need to be as much as finding what makes you the most happy and then finding what the closest thing to that is, that you can have a career doing.

You can't narrow these things down right now.

You just need to make sure you don't rule anything out by limiting your education and life experiences.
