ventura signed a contract with msnbc and was never put on the air , plus he could not go on any other media , but the contract is over and here he is , telling the truth on cnn, im surpirsed they let him on, and dick head king just had to say when ventura was promoting voting for a 3rd party "but who you vote for wont win, ventura should have said to him "how the f&ck do you know?", everybody vote your deepest convictions and just watch the country change!

I agree with most of the people here in that the media plays a central role in politics and HAS for many years. It occurs to me tho that in todays world they would play a much smaller role if people would get their heads out of the TV box and use this great thing we're on right now called the internet to look into things ourselves keeping an open mind and allowing it to give everyday people a voice. Jesse is right, both sides of the aisle are driven by corporate money machines, not the people.
