For Left 4 Dead 3, I think there shouldn't really be any new infected, just improve the ones we already have, but maybe add a screamer, kinda like the boomer, but u can only scream at a certain range, like the smoker has a range

i always assumed that they are smart enough to understand the surrvivors are immune so they dont try to infect them they just try to kill
