its commonly known that there is a double standard.
and the Yonsei is known as "Wonsei U"

Is the standard of Yonsei Wonju the same as the one in Seoul?
I'm gonna go there but I prefer studying in Seoul. Can I transfer from there to Seoul?
Anyway, Wonju is still Ok for me cuz it s easy to get a scholarship than Seoul
