What is America's Test Kitchen?

We know how frustrating it can be when things go wrong in the kitchen. That's why every single recipe in our books has been tested not once, not twice, but often as many as 20, 30, or even 40 times. And then, just to make absolutely sure, we often test our recipes using cheap cookware, mediocre stovetops, and the wrong ingredients. All of this work results, we hope, in a simple promise: Our recipes work the first time and every time.

Don't know if anyone from ATK will even read this but here goes...Would you guys (and gals) please put together a cookbook, even a small one, for cooking with kids? My 5 year old loves to join me in the kitchen and make meals and desserts. She loves the "roasted broccoli" by the way.

I find the show to be the most comprehensive cooking show on air bar none, however after 10 years I'd really like to see a more diverse cast, especially being that it is a PBS show - (no offense to Chris, Bridget or Julia - they're outstanding leads). But I mean even all the preppers in the background are white on every show. How about a little flavor on cast to compliment all the flavorful recipes you bring to the masses? Great show otherwise ~
