With the purchase of a brand new Panasonic HMC-150, I am excited to announce that ideo Productions will now be publishing all of it's content in 1080p HD (but we still have some old SD content to push through first).

Please pay attention to the entire video, and read all of my annotation for further information about what this change means to you!

  • John, I've got a question. I've got a computer that can handle 1080p, it's 1920 x 1080, but when I watch videos on youtube in 1080p they always seem to be "laggy."

Now I've got a computer that can handle 1080p, trust me. I just bought it, and I'm playing videos game that support that type of quality! I've also got a video camcorder (that I just bought) that's 1920 x 1080, and it runs nice and smooth on my computer.

But youtube videos never seem to work in 1080p, do you have this problem?

  • @Sparkey1235 - Slow internet?

  • Wait, what the fuck, dude? Only 5 percent of your viewers can watch HD but you've went ahead and switched to HD? What's the point of switching to HD if only 5 percent can actually watch it? Should have stuck to 480p, dude!

  • @XionSethShreve - Pay attention.

100% of my audience can watch HD... the 5% was the percentage of my audience than can watch Full 1080p.

  • which editing program you use for the video? please reply back.

  • @LMovieProducties - Watch the FAQ video please.

    - Jon

  • @FirefoxFreeze I know.

  • @lvjfilms With slow Internet*

  • @giammyzanna No, it doesn't make it REAL 1080p. REAL 1080p is filmed with a real 1080p-recording camera.

  • @andrew14919 Good, he's smart.

  • Nerd

  • Actually there's tons of people thinking that upscaling a video to 1080p makes it real 1080p.

  • @Sparkey1235 Any 1080p videos lag.

  • @FlyYoshi2600 Look, my point is that even without Student Pricing, you're still about $300 off.

Actually, on second thought, forget I even said anything.

  • @pacguy19 Yeah, true, but still, not everyone is a student...

  • @FlyYoshi2600 Well, with Apple Student Pricing, the cheapest Mac is actually around $640.
