Romana II (with K-9 Mark II) chooses to remain in E-Space, while the Doctor and Adric return to N-Space. From episode 4 of "Warriors' Gate," the last serial of the E-Space Trilogy.

  • So long, Romana... Have fun with your humanitarian causes :)

  • I liked Lalla Ward but whenever someone uses the phrase 'Time Lady' I always think of Mary Tamm.

  • This story was so surreal. I want to watch it again! :)

  • JNT did a good job of giving Tom Baker a gay make over. He looks like a tranny in that outfit.

  • I really disliked Adric

  • @DefconWarningSystem Of course it did! The LOst stories? 8th Doctor

  • @Knight121198 I doubt it. I, personally, think that the White Lady was probably Susan. My money is on Idris to turn out to be Romana.

  • @LaraElSupergirl The white lady perhaps?

  • @DefconWarningSystem I accept Big Finish as canon, personally. The chronology is sometimes a bit hard to resolve, but I find that it really enriches the understanding of the characters and the storytelling is always so superb...

  • @LaraElSupergirl Big Finish isn't real. If it didn't happen on T.V., it didn't happen

  • @milllybob Except that according to Big Finish, Romana returned to Gallifrey after an unknown amount of time in E-Space, and went on to become the President of Gallifrey... though it's also been implied (again by Big Finish) that she may have survived the war somehow.

  • @PrincexJoker Yeah, but when it came down to it, Romana had the choice between staying in E-Space and doing some good with her life, or staying with the Doctor for a few more days before the Time Lords took her away and back to Gallifrey anyway, where she would do nothing but be Braxiatel's political pawn once again (which ended up happening anyway, later, but she tried). Frankly, as horribly sad as it was, I think she made the right choice.
