NOt suitable material for her soft lilting voice . Her sweet voice and remarkable timing is best in slow songs as with bob hope in Thanksfor the memories or two sleepy people

Don't know her, maybe she was a poluar artist, but vocally speaking it's far from good. The version of dear old Anne Shelton (Irish LP publ. 1962 - Irish Singalong) is by far the best. But Anne was one of the best singers of those decades. I know that version best and after hearing Shirley Ross that is once more proved. Pity Anne's version is not on Youtube. Thank you for posting this version anyhow, for historical reasons it is nice to have various versions.
