Park School Exhibition at Burchfield Penney Art Center

In January 2010, A & ~A, a unique abstract minimalist piece of art created by faculty and students at the Park School of Buffalo opened at the Burchfield Penney Art Center.

Student Voice at The Park School
Seamlessly melding art and calculus into a cohesive piece, this project endeavors to promote critical analysis of calculus as it applies to our lives in the context of education and overall perception of the world in which we live. The work was drawn on the wall of the Community Gallery and represents sound waves as created using mathematical methods based on the voice of recent Park graduate Max Weiss '08.
