In this video, level 70 frost mage Neiro battles the most fearsome boss of the nonheroic 5-man dungeons of the Burning Crusade expansion: Kael'thas Sunstrider. Even though Tempest Keep was merely a set back.
It took me a while and a few attempts to figure out a strategy for him. The one that worked is not very flashy - it's best to run away from him! He isn't very fast, easy to LoS (line of sight), can be interrupted, and has to run as well since he is a caster.
The major problem is the phoenix, however. Since I am the only player he keeps chasing after me, and he deals a tremendous amount of damage rather rapidly. Again it is adviseable to run away and take advantage of the stairs that one can easily jump down from.
Phase 2 is rather easy, though - simply avoiding the bubles and keeping up Ice Barrier is pretty much enough to finish him off. Cooldowns certainly don't hurt.
