I bought my coconut oil (organic and unprocessed--no scent at all) at Kroger for $7. LOVE it in winter especially. I am curious about MSM.

I make my own msm soap like she said too, five dollars a bar is outrageous. Maybe I can find some on sale. I have tried the dmso and msm spray and you should see my skin, baby skin smooth no lie. I also take the chewable colostrum cant see myself drinking it. I ordered some msm lotion and ordered some coconut oil and will be mixing the two. MSM is excellent for skin and does it ever make your hair GROW!!!. Drink it with vitamin C and flax seed oil Keep the vids coming please.
