Both David Crowder band and Maldroid obviously made great videos, but no one is ripping anyone off. This isn't an incredibly hard idea to come up with. Hell, I did some animation with a lite brite in high school. The David Crowder band video is just getting more recognition because it obviously has a higher production value.
