How do I get my form to have multiple columns and an overall better appearance.

@NPmarketing, I'm not sure if there is a multi column option for the forms. However, forms have been updated recently with a bunch of themes.

@simozed85 Do you mean you can't create a form? The video is rather old I know Google has changed things around a bit, but you can still create forms by opening the spreadsheet you want the form to be created from and clicking Form from the tools menu on the top.

Awesome. The only problem is that there is no way of allowing people to just send a response once (people can refresh the form and fill it again. Not sure if there is a way of stopping that though).

Last I look no. To me, forms with GD is an easy way to quickly get a simple form up. Anything more complex or long term I'd be more likely to use a regular form processing script.
