Hi
I have been making this boiler for anohter guy; the pressure gauge is from accucraft as he sent me the one from his edrig.
The materials used are not so thick, something like 1.7mm (Sheet material) and 1.4 for the boiler tube.

Nice job there,always been impressed with your boilers+engines,I came to the video via the unofficial mamod forum article about the Edrig thats being converted for this boiler.The mountain in the backgrounds nice too,must be great to wake up with that outside your window every day! Sure beats the flat empy fields/rain round here.I note the materials used in this boiler are exceptionaly thick looks about 2.5-3mm thick! Would you be willing to share the drawings for this boiler?Thanks for video!

Its selfmade and actually from another boiler...
I just fitted it to the whistle valve to test the valve...
