Looking for critiques, advice. The backswing isn't very fluid; I kind of have a hitch in the middle where my arm is straight back. Looks weird. Any more help appreciated.
Your right arm is too stiff...look at setting your arm parralel to the ground, forearm 90 degrees to your arm and cock your racquet back down towards your back.
You kind of stiff-arm the serve. As you bring your racquet back, when you extend your left arm to toss the ball, you should concentrate on bending your elbow and dropping the racquet head so it (basically) touches your back (when teaching it, we called it the "back scratch"). This portion, and the wrist snap, is where you get the majority of the pace and spin on a serve. Here's a photo for reference:

I see nothing wrong. Most important is to fit your comfort with high % in accuracy.
