Hi Erin! I have the opposite problem as most people have. I can't gain weight! I do a lot of work outs for biceps, triceps, abs, forearm, I do squats for legs and even walk a lot at the college (I like walking btw). Despite of all my weight has stuck at about 150 lbs since months. I can't eat too much. What should I do?
I kinda don't agree with what you said about looking at people around you that it's you.. as my closest friends are not into fitness at all and I am all about working out, this is MY life and I think it's all about focus on what I wanna do, it's ME making a choice of not binge drinking with them every weekend and having a good workout instead, so I guess our closest people don't really reflect ourselves. It's all about what YOU make your priority and how you focus on what's important to you :)
Hi Erin! I'd love to share what I do to make my life better and hope make others' lives better in the process. Just as you I have been passionate about organic diet, exercising, sustainable practices, meditation and spirituality. To share that passion and educate others I just started my own Youtube channel GreenMomZoe. My first video is a review of Food, Inc.
Let's change the world one video, one blog, one tweet at a time! Peace! :-)
i dont do a formal workout, but i do alot around the house, mowing the grass trimming the trees washing the cars, knitting and run around with the kids
i also eat healthy food, and it is working pretty good for me....
erin..i like your approach.."what are YOU doing for yourself" and "what are you being" because it relates to any aspects of our life..not just food or lack of exercise. it is really about self motivation (which I lack as well at the moment) and not about hoping someone comes by to help..which just builds our dependency on others or just things that are external..instead of building ourselves up from the inside. love your tutorials...they've been very helpful.
Awesome!!!! I am allowing myself to be responsible for my own happiness...therefore, less and less and less do I let myself complain about others or events or circumstances...rather I look at myself in the mirror and ask "what is it that I want?"
I signed up for a fitness course in a fitness center. Everything is starting from November. I eat less now, I tried very best to avoid fried foods. Although not really active on outdoor activities, I promise to myself that I will work the best on fitness center... fit fit fit!!!! Go go go!!!
