T.H.E. B.R.E.A.D. F.A.C.T.O.R.Y.

This summer, we held a film competition for film students and independent production companies to have a look around The Bread Factory and produce a short film about us. David Tarbox submitted this entry which we absolutely loved...we think it's a great introduction to some of the characters that work here and shows our passion for making great bread from quality ingredients. Check out that soundtrack too and listen out for our MD Tom Molnar reeling off our product range like an old jazz record playing on vinyl at the end of the film.

The Bread Factory is the UK's largest Artisan Bakery & Wholesale Bread Supplier. Every day we hand bake over 1,000 products, and then deliver them to some the top hotels, restaurants and food venues in London, so their customers get the highest quality and freshest baked products available.

Our product range includes Sourdough Bread, Speciality Loaves & Bloomers, Tins, Focaccia & Ciabatta, Baguettes & Ficelles and many many more. We also produce a wide range of danish pastries, croissants, muffins, cakes, brownies and biscuits.
