These games that are mentioned are all good in their own genres (I play PGR 4, Forza 3, GRID) but what it comes to REAL car simulation game then there is only iRacing. Only rFactor comes near. If someone says something else, it just means that he or she doesn't know what iRacing is.

@sootyferrari65 Yes TDU1 was fun, but I think I'm all played out on the concept. I'll wait to see the gamer videos to see if the eye candy is worth the purchase. Bought a Fanatec Wheel so I lean towards the sim racers so I'm more interested in Codemasters' F1 2010 release and WRC 2010 from Black Bean at the moment.

PGR4 is so underrated.
Its only let down by not being
able to switch the audio off for
the Kudos points system, otherwise
its the best out there!

@Retrogamer71 thats acually wrong...at the time i was making these about 2 years ago i didnt know that if you test drove a car it turns kudos off...sootyferrari FAIL

@sootyferrari65 I know. I only found that out after playing the game for a few months. All the same, the sounds in the game are very good as well as the car interiors. Better than Forza 3 in many ways. It is a shame that the online multiplayer lobby system doesn't work as well as GRID or DIRT2.

@Retrogamer71 i have just figured out that if you want to run any track without kudos....just go on the reverse track of what you want and simply go around it the wrong way
