i prefer the UK ending. I need to start on the sequel ashes to ashes next. Is it any good? mind u if its half as decent as UK life on mars then ill still love it.

I just want to point out that while this is a terrible ending and I prefer the original UK series to the US. I donʻt think itʻs fair to comment around saying things like "STUPID AMERICANS". You have to bear in mind this is noone but the writers and others behind the US version of the show.

You canʻt just target/put down another country for something like this. People in my family are from the US and they prefer the UK version over this. So are they stupid too? Think about your comments...

Well, to be fair, NONE of it really happened. It's a TV show. So was the UK version, if I am not misinformed. And I'm rather offended by your implication that events which don't actually put a person in genuine mortal danger are irrelevant no matter how they mature a person...as the writers went out of their way to point out in this finale.

US Sam has come to accept his father as a real person. UK Sam has opted for an endless game of cops-and-robbers. For once the US version is more adult.
