seems like a great exercise for core . How long do you think it'll take to develop a real strong core? because im going to try to learn L-Sits and Planche Push ups

Military mountain climbers are different and if anyone wants to try it, here it is. Great thigh workout! Start at standing forward bend and put both your hands on the backs of your ankles. Slowly bend your knees as far as comfortable and straighten legs again. Try a 1-2-3-One! 4 count like the marine corps does if you dare!!! This will burn your thighs so take it easy at first.

that's kind of funny, because you do kind of look like a lunatic when you crawl around, but that's good exercisin'! :) These are very good and insightful exercises that I haven't seen before! you seem to be very "with it"!

really good workout man.! i compete in M.M.A so im trying to get a stronger core because your core is the most important muscle for this sport. so if you have any other tips they would be very much appreciated thanks? :)
