Wow, I was amazed by the detail that Stress is the number 1 cause for work absence in UK. Very nice video, the 10 tip guide to manage stress is very useful and actually it seems to be very practical. I think I already noticed it but is very interesting to know that when you are stressed you do less things when in fact you are supposed to do a lot. Ay symposier site there is more information available for physicians interested in this topic.
