On The Fiddle: Music for a Found Harmonium: Colm Murphy, Donal O'Riain, Matt and Clare Tarling

On the Fiddle, 4th July 2009.

Clare and Matt Tarling organised a concert held in the small church in Winterborne Monkton in Dorset, UK, of some of the top fiddle players in the South (Donal O'Riain, Colm Murphy, Clare and Matt Tarling with Don Oeters, Rick Foot and Andy Stone). "An evening of uplifting traditional fiddle music from Ireland, America and Eastern Europe."

In this video Donal, Colm, Clare and Matt play "Music for a Found Harmonium" originally written by Simon Jeffs of the Penguin Café Orchestra, although this Irish arrangement was made famous by Patrick Street. They finish off with a Danish quadrille (a four part reel).
