Ironic, isn't it? McEnroe has been martyred for his reputable trademark behavior in tennis. Given any other tennis player behaving the same way as this guy did throughout his career and he would've been suspended or ousted.

I love McEnroe. He is the reason we have instant replay and better linespeople today. There was always a method to McEnroe's madness. The only true God in tennis. The best men's doubles player ever. Perfect footwork and either the best or second best volleyer ever in men's tennis. The only player I ever saw play better angry. If McEnroe was black, you white folks would dog him out just like y'all do Serena right now.
