I almost feel bad for her. It seems like a practical joke gone wrong. Like those people on American Idol who's friends told them they are good singers and go on there and just embarrass themselves. You know there is someone in Alaska that was like "Yeah, you are so smart you could be a politician!" She's like "I'll try it!". That person was like "WTF....she's governor of Alaska now?!"....that person then moved.....to Russia.

yes i agree her answers sound so much like a 9th graders answer. she sounds so cliche. She never gives a specific answer. she always says " the american people" " this great country" "freedom" "liberty" "democracy" "terrorists" " hell bent on destroying america" Sarah Palin IS the biggest reason Mccain lost the election. Mccain showed terrible judgement by picking palin as his running mate. What the hell was Mccain thinking seriously lol

@kevinhickmanboomted actually i was in 8th grade 13 years ago .. and I KNOW bush isn't any better.. she's the female equivalent to him, that's irrelevant to the topic of PALIN though, and how was she put on the spot? she knew she was gonna have this interview, they didn't just show up at her office and start rolling.. she probably thought she was gonna get FOX NEWS QUESTIONS lol

And this, ladies and gentleman, is why Katie Couric is one of the best investigative reporters of our time. She can take a potential world leader such as Palin and make her look like a complete and total idiot with just the right questions and a little bit of coaxing.
Of course, it also helps that Palin actually is a complete and total idiot, I suppose.

Palin's answers sound like what i used to write down on my 8th grade long answer essay test questions.. just a lot of rambling so i could fill in more blank space lol
