  • is this 82nd or 101st airborne??

  • 501st PIR, attatched to the 101st - however there were any 101st units in the area.

  • I was there when this video i was in Blackfoof 3rd PLT 1/501st..

  • were the only airborne brigade in the 25th ID, West of the missippi river, and in alaska

  • It's neither, 501st pir is out of fort richardson, ak in the 4th brigade 25th id, the brigade is only a few years old now, but hte 501st has been up there since 89 or 90, after being reactivated, was originally a batallion in world war II, korea and vietnam with 101st, was the first airborne batallion in the army.
