Oui mais on a plus parlé de la chaîne dans les mairies. Informatiser ta base de donner veut dire tu as ton papier rapidement (pas besoin des signatures, remplissage des papiers, ..)

Developer une solution serai équivalent à redécouvrir la roue. Une solution responsable serai d encourager une compagnie d embaucher en Algérie pour le support, et peut être pour améliorer la solution apres.
