This is a continuation of the skit Quinton's On The Way, from The Pharcyde's debut album, Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde. Quinton was their weed hookup and this is his only release. The b-side track, I'm Not An MC, is a song saying just that...Quinton is not an MC, he's a weed dealer.

That was the Jazzyfatnastees? I didn't even recognize them, heavy lipstick I guess(which was big in the 90's and early 2000's). I know they lent their vocals on other hip hop tracks back in the 90's, but I didn't know they were a quartet? This takes me back to mid-late Spring 94'.
