How To Sing The High Notes - 3 Tips
See it here!

Do all your fans a favor and get a mic that doesn't clip on your face-melting high notes. It would sound fantastic if you had a good mic/camera, I am certain.

@RocktheStageNYC Again Very well put. You make very excellent points.

@RocktheStageNYC Very well put. :)

@GINOFALUS - What you describe about Josh Groban is not ego - that's personal ambition. Ego is when ambition becomes selfish or self-centered and start believing you are more than you really are. Is ego important for an artist? Sure. But it can't be you're sole motivation. Otherwise you only end up a "stuffed shirt" as my father used to say. No substance.
You'll find more ego driven people in the movie biz than in music.

@GINOFALUS - Agreed singing about connecting - emotionally with the song and the listener. BUT it should not be about ego. Yes it feels great to have 15,000 South Koreans chanting "Yeah Yeah YeahYeah Yeah!" along with you (happened to me in '96) but I wasn't up there for anything other than the joy of music. Maybe I'm the odd man out but music for me is not about getting noticed personally - only the band as a whole.
People leaves comments on my channel about looking like Dave Murray. Annoying.

@GINOFALUS .... I only asked you to look at my video because your RocktheStgeNYC ended up on my page some how asking me to subscribe( which is fine) What I have done in the past is ask people to trade one video watch for subscribe and a bad or good comment. I did not realize when I asked you this it was something you did not do. I am not sure if you calling me a weak little boy is your way of getting your "troops" to rally against me. Why are you wasting your time responding to me?
-
@GINOFALUS The word Ego can be taken so many ways. When I say Ego I mean the desire to be good at what you do and have people enjoy your singing... Josh Groban practiced because he wanted to sound good because he wanted to share his voice with others. This is Ego. Perhaps it can be taken as a negative when it gets out of hand or there is a perception of some one begging for approval in a very obvious way. I did ask for you to look at my video...............

@RocktheStageNYC Who said he looked like Dave Murray? I think you are lumping me in with a bunch of people. Being a good singer is about getting noticed obviously. I am sorry if this sounds harsh or untrue. You sing for an audience and if the audience likes it you feel good. All the great singers of all time have said this. I do not see it being a bad thing. If it were not for an audience there would be no performance. I think you would agree that singing is about connecting.

@GINOFALUS - Stupid and inane is NOT subjective when someone comments - "he looks like Dave Murray". That's just stupid and has nothing to do with my videos or my channel.
OK this IS subjective - I think leaving every nasty, stupid and childish comment on your channel makes you look like a weak little boy who doesn't care if people step all over you. I'm sorry but that ain't me. I am of the very few coaches on here who actually reads and comments back on their own channel every damn day.
I am jealous of your effortlessness with this stuff.
