Cool. Rip out the plants that grew on their own, displace the insects, small animals and birds using that "vacant" lot and bring in a bunch of nursery grown plants. The self appointed eco people seem to be replacing corporations as the new threat to the planet. They're for whatever sounds good, forget whether it is good for the planet.

Caring for the planet is good. Caring for the planet and using your brain, even better.
