this is a music video shot and edited by me of a flatland session with a bunch of guys from the Boston area in Cambridge, MA.

i corresponded with some of them online via http://www.global-flat.com. i hooked up with them cause i was looking for a group to ride with. they were cool with me taking some videos of there sessions. decided to put the videos to music. i even attempted to choreograph the moves of the riders to the music; it work out in ptetty good some parts.

once the project started i couldn't stop. i became somewhat obsessed with finishing it within a week. i didn't even go out to ride. i'm glad its finally over. still, it was a lot of fun working on it. perhaps i'll get another chance to do it again.

  • Nice Ariel! Have you guys been riding at all? I haven't been able to ride for a few weeks and I'm dieing!

  • sadly, no. the last time i rode was early this month. the temp was about 30F. good enough to ride, and still build a sweat. but with the last snow fall and all this wind, the weather hasn't been cooperative. i'm looking for an indoor place to practice. the closest thing i can get is a park pavilion. however i'm gonna try out this indoor skate park. perhaps they can spare some flat space for me. i'll have to wear a helmet, though. did you download this video?

  • very good

  • thanks for your words.

  • muito bom

  • i don't know any Brazilian, but 'muchas gracias' :-)
