TUNA IS A FISH AND IT'S GOOD FOR YOU

Roses are red
Violets are blue
Tuna is a fish
And it's good for you

Comes in a can
Comes in a pouch
Just grab yourself an opener
And stuff some in your mouth

If you eat it once a week
That isn't quite enough
Twice or more it'll make you
Really lean and tuff

It's got the stuff
That they say a healthy body needs
Low fat, high in protein
Somethin' called Omega 3

Enjoy it in a sammich
Either grilled or in a salad
I eat it when I'm not extolling
All it's virtues in a ballad

Don't be tricked, don't be fooled
By the other Tuna Labels
For they hastened the demise
Of my poor Aunt Mabel . . .

When you're in the grocer's isle
And you're shoppin' for a brand
Pick the one that sports a Chic
With a flipper on the can

Just ask any Mermaid
You happen to see
