  • hey for the back spasms maybe take warm baths with epson salt to relax your body some. and how about doing some stretching? not for flexibility, but for preventing injury during your high intensity cardio, resistance training? just an idea..

  • yeah, i do a bit of stretching, but now im going to start even more... they are painful episodes, and even the thought of them makes me want to curl up in bed with a hot water bottle. thanks for the tip on the bath, i'll give that i shot soon.
