Moms Against Climate Change - "Demonstration"

Moms Against Climate Change believe that our children will pay the greatest price if Canadas political leaders fail to take urgent decisive action on global warming. In early December, we hope to get the attention of political leaders by projecting the faces of thousands of our children onto giant walls in Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver under the headline, Stephen Harper: Remember who youre representing in Copenhagen.

Go look at NASA's website about climate change...or the EPA's, or the IPCC's, or NOAA's or NRDC....look around...I'm not trying to prove earthquakes or anything, but stop hating on a guy that is heading in the right direction.

Like it or not friend, cars are essential or almost essential to a lot of people's lives. We can expect to see workable alternatives to internal combustion engines in our lifetime, but perhaps more importantly, motor vehicle exhaust is only roughly 14% of all human emissions. We could take every car off the road and not solve the problem (though it would of course help); it's our methods of power generation and consumption that we have to change ASAP if we want to win through.
